The hotel is a superb choice for a family weekend hideout, conveniently connected to IOI Mall for easy access to serenity and shopping. The rooms with adjoining doors were clean, spacious, and equipped with essential amenities like a mini bar, iron, and hairdryer. The service, particularly the attention to hygiene and cleanliness, stood out as a positive aspect during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing and spacious with a fantastic complimentary mini bar, but they were a little too warm even after adjusting the air conditioning to the maximum coolness. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and accommodating staff, especially at the front desk. The location was excellent, right in the iOi Mall with easy access to food options, although it was a bit dim with not enough natural sunlight. The dining experience was good overall, but slightly on the expensive side and not as impressive as expected. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
